AXA launches 2026 employee share offering

AXA is launching its annual capital increase reserved for Group employees in France and internationally. The “Shareplan 2026” offering is open to more than 110 000 employees across 40 countries.

The offering involves the issuance of 58 951 965 shares, representing a total amount of  135 million EUR (156.9 million USD).

Employees can choose between two subscription options: “Classic” and “Guaranteed Plus.”
