Bad weather, a 2.24 billion USD bill for the first 11 months of the year

According to the latest estimates published by the French association of insurance (AFA), material damages caused by the floods at the end of November in South-Eastern France should be between 224 and 274 million USD.

This bad weather thus would bring the total amount of damages caused between January and November 2014 to 2.24 billion USD.
