Bancassurance, article 109 of the insurance code is problematic

The Direction of Insurance Companies and bancassurance companies have held several meetings to find a solution to the problem presented by Article 109 of the Insurance Code relative to banks' retribution in matter of group insurance. A solution to bring all parties in agreement, including the Direction of Insurance Companies, is under way.
