Call for tender for the sale of the insurer Zitouna Takaful

The current majority shareholders, including the Tunisian State, have issued an international tender for the purchase of 70% of the the insurer Zitouna Takaful's capital.

The sale transaction is entrusted to a consortium of consulting firms. Interested investors will have until May 15, 2018 to apply.
