Capital increase of BIAT Assurances

Gathered on September 22, 2015, in an extraordinary general meeting, the board members of  BIAT Assurances decided to increase the share capital of the company from 10 000 000 TND (5 115 600 USD) to 22 000 000 TND (11 254 320 USD).

This increase will be in cash through the issuance of 120 000 new shares of 100 TND (51 156 USD) in nominal value each. An issue premium of 40 TND (20.5 USD) was also decided setting up the issuance price at 140 TND (71 618 USD). The shares must be paid at the time of subscription whose period is set from 2 to 16 November 2015.
