The CARTE Assurances company introduced a Business Continuity Plan (PCA) which, as of March 23, 2020, ensured the continuity of services to policyholders.
Both the Registry and the Central agency will remain in service from 8.30 am to 1.30 pm. The staff will remotely respond to the customers’ needs. In addition, motor insurance contracts that expired on 22 March 2020 will be extended for a period of 7 days from the date of official resumption of business.
