Chanas Assurances creates a life subsidiary

Chanas Assurances, a company specializing in non-life insurance, has established a subsidiary dedicated to the life activity.

Named Chanas Assurances Vie, the new entity created at the end of the general assembly of 12 July 2022, is based in Douala.

Chanas Assurances Vie has a share capital of 5.290 billion FCFA (9 million USD). Among the shareholders are Chanas Assurances Sa, the Société Nationale des Hydrocarbures (SNH), banks and private Cameroonian investors.
