Chubb Arabia in talks with AlAhli Takaful over a possible merger

AlAhli Takaful and Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company are discussing a possible merger between the two companies.

The talks would result in the signing of a non-binding memorandum of understanding to study the technical and financial feasibility of such a transaction.

A number of recent mergers have been announced in Saudi Arabia, particularly the agreement between Walaa Cooperative Insurance and MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance.
