COTUNACE: no dividend distribution in 2019

The Annual General Assembly of the Compagnie Tunisienne pour l'Assurance du Commerce Extérieur (COTUNACE) is to be held on 1 July 2020 at Novotel Hotel Tunis.

The Board of Directors will propose to the assembly not to distribute dividends for the year 2019. This decision was taken following the 20.6% decrease in the insurer's net income in 2019.

The latter dropped from 6.3 million TND (2.09 million USD) in 2018 to 5 million TND (1.78 million USD) at the end of 2019.
