Diot-Siaci and Amethis acquire a stake in ASK Gras Savoye

Diot-Siaci, a company resulting from the merger between French brokers Siaci Saint Honoré and Diot, together with Amethis, an investment fund dedicated to the African continent, have acquired a majority stake in the Moroccan brokerage group ASK Gras Savoye.

Financial details of the transaction such as the number of shares to be acquired and the acquisition price have not yet been disclosed.

Upon completion of the acquisition, the current shareholders Naima Smirès and her family will remain the main shareholders of ASK Gras Savoye.
