Discussions on the improvement of the regulation of construction insurance

A seminar jointly organised by the French broker NASCO and the Jordanian Federation of Insurance underscored the necessity for new rules in terms of insurances designed for infrastructure and building projects in an effort to meet the boom witnessed in the Kingdom. The current regulation which requires engineering insurance is limited only to public projects. The professionals are hoping the regulation be extended to include private and small-scale projects as well.
