The E-constat expands in Morocco

During the Rendez-vous of Casablanca held between 15 and 17 April 2015, Bernard Spitz, chairman of the French federation of insurance companies (FFSA) announced the signing of a cooperation agreement between the FFSA and the Moroccan federation of insurance and reinsurance companies (FMSAR) for the implementation of an electronic statement, the e-constat,in Morocco.

As a reminder, the e-constat, which has been applied in France since 1 December 2014, is a digital system for processing and settling of motor claims.
