Electronic platform for data exchange

The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) and the Insurance Federation of Egypt (IFE) have jointly launched an electronic platform for the exchange of information between insurance companies.

This initiative is the first step towards creating a unified database regarding information about policyholders and the history of all transactions made by local insurers.
