Failure of the negociations between Bahrain National Holding and Al Ahlia Insurance

Bahrain National Holding has announced the failure of the negociations for the acquisition of a majority stake in the capital of the insurer Al Ahlia Insurance.

Both companies have agreed to end negociations, feeling unable to reach an agreement. The announce has been made by BNH, at the Bahrain Stock Exchange.
