Fire claim caused by electrical failure

Omani insurers are staging an awareness-raising campaign in an effort to incite residents to get their homes insured as the summer season draws closer.

According to the local statistics, rising temperatures increase the risk of fires triggered by electrical fault. The claims caused by failures in electrical installations in private or corporate dwellings have become frequent during the hot season.
