The FMSAR is organizing an international conference on climate change

As part of the COP22 (climate change conference) , the Moroccan federation of insurance and reinsurance companies (FMSAR) is organizing on 2 November 2016 an international conference on « climate change: challenges for the insurance industry ».

Three key points will be discussed:

• The impact of climate change on the insurance industry
• The role of insurers as investors in non-polluting industries and in the production of clean energy
• Coverage of climate risks through insurance mechanisms

Remember that the COP22 will be held from 7 to 18 November 2016 in Marrakech, Morocco.
