Groupama SA turns into a mutual insurance company

Groupama is transforming itself. The central body of the group is a mutual insurance company called Groupama Assurances Mutuelles.
The group now has the legal and financial means to support its development.

The first board meeting held on June 18, 2018 confirmed Jean Yves Dagès as Chairman of the board and Thierry Martel as general manager.
