Instituting the continuous working day for insurance companies

Burkina’s professional association for insurance companies (APSAB) has officially enacted the continuous working day for all insurance companies of the country as of November 1, 2015.

Insurers’ offices will, henceforth, be open from 7.30 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 16.30. The new timing is designed to provide customers with better services.
