Insurance: More flexible prudential rules in Morocco

During its meeting held on 19 June 2020, the ACAPS' regulatory commission considered loosening up the prudential rules governing the insurance activity in Morocco for the current pandemic period.

The role of the regulatory commission is to advise ACAPS’ president on draft legislatives and regulatory texts or the insurance companies’ granting of authorisations.
