Insurers in trouble with motorcycle insurance

Although insurers are required to cover bikes, motorcyclists do not seem to very enthusiastic on this plan. Bikers are not always in possession of the necessary documents (invoice and registration card) for proper risk assessment and pricing.
In addition, the majority of bikers do not have a specific license, often riding their bikes in disregard of traffic regulations.
