IPO: Assurances Maghrebia approved by the CMF

On 15 December 2020 Assurances Maghrebia obtained the final approval of the Financial Market Council (CMF) for its IPO.

The operation deals with the sale of 1 350 000 shares with a nominal value of 10 TND (3.6 USD) each, representing 30% of the current share capital. The underwriting period runs from 22 to 25 December 2020.
