Kenyan insurtech Lami acquires Bluewave Insurance Agency

Kenyan insurtech Lami has acquired its direct competitor Bluewave Insurance Agency. The transaction amount has not yet been disclosed.

This operation allows Lami to strengthen its presence in Africa by penetrating new markets where Bluewave is already present: Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Nigeria, Gambia and DRC.
