The Lloyd Assurances plans to increase its share capital of 10 million TND to 35 million TND ( 5.4 million USD to 18.8 million USD ).
It was during the next extraordinary general meeting, scheduled in February 5, 2015 that the insurer will submit the project to the approval of its shareholders.
