John Neal, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lloyd's of London, will be leaving his role during 2025. J. Neal has been at the helm of the British group since 2018.
His departure follows his appointment as CEO of broker Aon's reinsurance business and Global Chairman of Climate Solutions.
During his time with Lloyd's, J. Neal was instrumental in the group's development, implementing a strategic program to bring about digital, operational and cultural change.
He also led and supported the organization through challenging times including Brexit, rising interest rates, inflation, the Covid-19 pandemic and geopolitical conflicts.
