Motor insurance, compensation delays will be reduced by the end of 2016

According to Lassaad Zarrouk, president of the Tunisian federation of insurance companies (FTUSA), compensation deadlines for motor claims will be reduced by half by the end of 2016. Thanks to a restructuring of the insurance companies management, these delays currently lasting from two months to one year may be significantly shortened. A plan to improve claims services will soon be submitted to the government.
