Motor TPL insurance pricing in Côte d'Ivoire

Ivorian insurers are committed , through the signing of an agreement, to complywith the January 2003 order relating to motor third party liability insurance.

The latter provides for a minimum TPL tariff. This initiative aims at solving the problem of underpricing and combatting unfair competition.
