NEXI agrees to guarantee a loan to ARAMCO

The Japanese company Nippon Export and Investment Insurance (NEXI) has agreed to disburse a 2.2 billion USD credit to the Saudi company ARAMCO. This loan is meant to finance a construction project for an oil refinery and a petrochemical complex in the Red Sea worth a total 9.8 billion USD. The constructor Sumitomo Chemical Co. is involved in the construction of this project as well.
