Oman Re: results as of 30 September 2021

Oman Re has achieved a turnover of 24.1 million OMR (62.4 million USD) as of 30 September 2021, which represents an increase of 11% compared to the same period of 2020.

During the period under review, the Omani reinsurer recorded a 52.7% drop in its net profit at 720 000 OMR (1.9 million USD). The investment income increased by 12% to 1.5 million OMR (3.9 million USD).

The company's shareholders' equity stood at 26.2 million OMR (67.8 million USD). The combined ratio lost 3.9 points to stand at 101.4%.
