Oman’s insurance companies to start remote working

In response to the coronavirus outbreak, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) decided to lockdown all offices and counters of insurance companies and brokers.

This measure is effective as from 30 March 2020. Insurers are requested to accept documents sent electronically and to provide their customers with 24/7 hotlines.
