Qatar Petroleum creates an insurance company

Qatar Petroleum (QP) is planning to create an insurance and reinsurance company to cover the energy sector. The new company, "Al Koot", will also underwrite the risks of other QP companies. QP experts expect a market share of approximately 7%.
