Reducing time limits for road accidents’ compensation

As part of the 2015-2020 program contract, the Comité Général des Assurances (CGA) in coordination with market professionals, decided to reduce the time of compensation for damage caused by road accidents from 45 to 30 days.

Ahmed Hadroug, general manager of CGA said that this applies only to losses whose value does not exceed 5 000 TND (2 500 USD).
