Results 2013 of the reinsurance sector

According to the latest figures released by the French association Apref, France is ranking 4th worldwide, with 17.1 billion USD of gross ceded premiums.

The French reinsurance sector has recorded a total income amounting to 8.5 billion USD, a decrease of 8% compared to 2012.

With respective evolutions of +0.2% and -12%, life and non life markets have recorded 2.7 and 5.8 billion USD during the year.
