Saudi Re and Probitas 1492, a Lloyd's syndicate specializing in non-life insurance and reinsurance, have signed an agreement to finalize the acquisition of 49.9% stake in Probitas Holding Bermuda Ltd (PHBL).
The transaction valued at 25 million USD must be approved by SAMA and the Lloyd's.
