Scor completes the acquisition of MutRé

Scor has finalized its stake increase in MutRé. The French giant, which previously held a 33% stake, now controls 100% of the capital of the second largest life reinsurer in France.

Announced as of July 17, 2017, this operation enables Scor to develop its life & health business on the local market.
