Scottish Re is selling its life portfolio to ARIG

The reinsurer Scottish Re Group Limited has announced the sale of its Middle East life portfolio to ARIG. The annual turnover is estimated at 22 million USD. The transaction was likely to be finalised on July 1, 2007.
