A standard insurance scheme for civil aviation

The civil aviation authority (NCAA) has instituted a standard system insurance through the minimum threshold of 100 million USD in sum insured per aircraft. The decision aims at creating a data base that is likely to improve the procedures and amounts of compensations for the victims of plane crashes.
