Subsidiaries of Solidarity Group Holding merging

Solidarity Group Holding has finalized the merger of its two subsidiaries, Solidarity General Takaful and Al-Ahlia Insurance Company.

Called “Solidarity Bahrain”, the new entity is supposed to be the biggest takaful insurance company in the Emirates.
