Takaful International rated A- by AM Best

AM Best has assigned a Financial Strength Rating of A- (Excellent) and a Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating of "a-" to Takaful International, a subsidiary of Gulf Insurance Group (GIG). The outlook of both ratings is stable.

The agency's rating reflects the strength of the company's balance sheet, its neutral business profile and appropriate enterprise risk management.
