Three Kuwaiti insurance companies suspended

The Kuwaiti regulatory authority has suspended the activity of three insurance companies until 30 September 2022. These are Aman Takaful, Ghazal Insurance and Dar Al Salam Takaful.

This sanction came as a result of the infringements committed by these insurers, including non-compliance with the legislative provisions in force.

The companies concerned, which will have to remedy this dysfunction during the suspension period, will continue to assume their responsibility towards the insureds.
