Tunisia, increasing net profit for CARTE Assurances in 2015

The Compagnie d’Assurances et de Réassurances Tuniso-Européenne (CARTE) has published its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2015.

The net profit of the company rose by 1.6% going from 8.52 million TND (4.2 million USD) in 2014 to 8.66 million TND (4.3 million USD) in 2015.

The company also reported a significant increase in the dividends paid to shareholders. The remuneration of the capital's shareholders went from 1.99 million TND (984 310 USD) in 2014 to 2.18 million TND (1.1 million USD) in 2015, up by 9.5% in comparison with the previous year.
