Wafa Assurance: turnover as at 31 March 2023

During the first quarter of 2023, Wafa Assurance's consolidated turnover reached 3.6 billion MAD (350.8 million USD), representing a 15.7% increase over one year.

Non-life gross premiums have progressed by 20.3% to 2.3 billion MAD (224.1 million USD). At 1.3 billion MAD (126.7 million USD), life premiums have grown by 8.1% compared with the same period of 2022.

At 31 March 2023, the consolidated technical reserves remained stable at 44.7 billion MAD (4.4 billion USD). Investments declined by 3.4% to stand at 49.2 billion MAD (4.8 billion USD).
