Guide on best practices in the CIMA zone insurance market

Gérardo Daniel Zannoubo, CEO of SOACO Assurances, an Ivorian insurance and reinsurance brokerage company, was awarded the FANAF research and innovation prize for his book "Réussir le marketing management des compagnies d'assurance en zone CIMA" ("How to successfully manage the marketing of insurance companies in the CIMA zone").

This award was presented to him at the end of the 47th General Assembly of the Federation of African National Insurance Companies (FANAF), which was held from 20 to 24 February 2023 in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

G. Zannoubou believes that this guide could contribute to the improvement of the products/services quality and to the significant increase in the insurance penetration rate in the CIMA zone countries.
