Survey on the coverage of motor accidents in Bahrain

CBBThe Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) has launched a survey to assess the customer satisfaction with the way insurers process small motor claims.

The survey aims to improve the quality of services provided to customers and to meet their needs.

It should be recalled that the reporting of minor motor claims has been shifted to the insurance companies in July 2021. Insurers are now required to handle low severity accidents without involving the General Directorate of Traffic.
