Brokerage: Diot-Siaci unveils new strategic plan

On 7 June 2023, Diot-Siaci, the entity created by the merger of French brokers Siaci Saint Honoré and Diot, presented its new five-year strategic plan aimed at strengthening its position in the European and global markets.

Dubbed "Horizon 2027", the new roadmap targets a 1.5 billion EUR (1.6 billion USD) turnover by 2027, corresponding to an annual growth rate of 8%. M&A operations are expected to add a further 400 million EUR (427.9 million USD) in revenues.

To achieve this, the Group has raised 200 million EUR (214 million USD) in financing from the markets. It also plans to invest 250 million EUR (267.5 million USD) in information systems, process digitization and data management.

As part of the new plan, Diot-Siaci has reshuffled its Executive Committee.
