Maghrebia group to acquire a stake in GAT Assurances

Maghrebia entre dans le capital du GATThe Maghrebia group has acquired a 23% stake in the capital of GAT Assurances from the private equity firm AfricInvest.

The operation has been approved by the Insurance General Committee (CGA) on 20 December 2022.

The transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of December 2022.
