Wage increase in the Tunisian insurance sector

FTUSAThe Tunisian Federation of Insurance Companies (FTUSA) signed on 28 December 2022, a wage agreement with the Tunisian Professional Association of Banks and Financial Institutions, affiliated to the Tunisian General Labour Union (UGTT).

This agreement covers the upward revision of the basic salaries of agents and executives in the insurance sector.

The increase by occupational category is spread over three periods: from 1 June 2022 to 31 May 2023, from 1 June 2023 to 31 May 2024 and from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025.
