Faced with a difficult economic, political and social environment, Mapfre is revising downwards its 2019-2021 targets.
For the President of the Spanish group, Antonio Huertas, the panic triggered by the coronavirus [4] pandemic is paralyzing the global activity. By the end of 2021, Mapfre is expecting a turnover ranging between 28 and 30 billion EUR (31.22 and 33.45 billion USD) and a return on equity (ROE) of 10%.
The combined ratio would stand between 96% and 97%.
