Axa, capital increase benefits employees

Axa has made a capital increase by issuing 58 951 965 shares at a price of 22.6 USD per unit, with part of this capital increase being dedicated to employees.

The Moroccan group’s staff took advantage of the offer to which they subscribed last October 30 and 31 at a price of 182 MAD (22.6 USD) per share.
