Opening of approval applications
The Insurance Regulatory authority (ARCA) will begin, from Tuesday, December 12, 2017, the reception of the applications relative to the opening of the insurance and reinsurance companies on the Congolese market.
To mark the event, an official ceremony will be held at the Pullman Hotel in Kinshasa (DR Congo) on the aforementioned date. The ARCA will present the terms and conditions of granting approvals.
As a reminder, the Democratic Republic of Congo has recently liberalized the market which was wholly owned by the national insurance company (Sonas).
