The Arab insurance Group, (ARIG), is willing to give up a major share of the assts that it holds in Arab Jordanian Insurance Group, (AJIG). This transfer will benefit an important Jordanian group of businessmen. ARIG will, therefore, be holder of minor stakes in the company.
